HOW IT WORKS

• REGISTER

  This is the first step. Registration opens the doors for you to come aboard and experience endless opportunities. Registration is done once and very basic details are required. However, all information must be yours and valid too.
• DONATE

  There is a saying that "Givers always Succeed", thus during the registration process, the next thing to do is to select a donation. The system automatically assigns a recipient to whom you are to pay. The payment must be done within 24 hours or your account will be suspended from the platform
• DONATION CONFIRMATION

  Before making any payment, get in touch with the recipient and then proceed to making the payment. When it is done, let him/her know also and upload a proof of payment. He/she then confirms the receipt of payment. As soon as this is done, the system begins a countdown to when you get your match. If a fake proof of payment is uploaded, your account may be blocked. Also, if the recipient fails to confirm within 24 hours of receiving payment, his/her account may be blocked. Simply write a complaint to Support
• GET MATCH

  As soon as your donation is confirmed, the system automatically peers you up to recieve help. You are expected to be matched with a donor between 1 - 14 days. Two donors willing to donate your last donated amount will be assigned to pay you.
• RECEIVE HELP

  When the match is made, the Payer is expected to contact you and then proceed to pay you in not more than 24 hours. Failure to do this may lead to account being blocked. If he/she fails to pay within the stipulated time, simply launch a complaint and the system will automatically reassign another match almost immediately.
• CONFIRM HELP

  When you get the payment, simply proceed to confirm it. If you fail to do this, you risk your account being blocked. As soon as this is done, you can recycle again. However, you can not recycle an amount less than your last donated amount.
• RECYCLE

  You are expected to recommit in PEER DONATION 24 hours after you might have recieved your payment.

• Before You Register, Please be sure you are ready to pay. ie: Be ready to make transfer of the said amount to the matched user or be ready to visit the bank in case you can't make transfer.
• Avoid SCAM!!! The platform has been built with zero toletance for Scam. Your account will be de-activated if you are reported of scam.
• Report anyone that asks for approval before making payment in the name of no money in his account.
• Report anyone that refused to approve your payment after payment has been made.
• Before sending any payment, make sure you call the person before sending payment.
• All amount to be donated must be available at hand or in bank.
• Your donation must be made within 24 hours of being matched.
• Any donor who does not upload proof of payment will be only responsible for account being blocked.
• Any recipient who does not confirm payment received will be only responsible for account being blocked.
• In the case of the point above, the Admin will go ahead and complete the Transaction, if it exceeds 24 hours.
• Your account will be blocked if you upload fake proof of payment.
• To avoid delay in transaction and being blocked, you are advised to activate your Online/Mobile Money Transfer with your bank.
